Adult Social Care Solicitor

Service Care Solutions is currently working on behalf of an active local authority based in Devon .
They need an experienced Adult Social Care Solicitor to join their team.
This role is on a part-time basis.
The duration of this contract is on a 6-month rolling basis.
They can pay a competitive rate of £45 - £50ph umbrella!
Key Responsibilities: Offer legal advice on complex issues related to Adult Social Care.
To manage all aspects of court representation as required.
To advise and/or present to courts, meetings, and members at formal appeal hearings or as required by the County Solicitor.
