Job summary ***Internal HDFT applicants only*** We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced and enthusiastic individual who will assist in ensuring that the effective and efficient co-ordination of elective waiting list admissions is undertaken, maintaining a high quality service to all users.
This will involve validation of waiting lists and liaison with others to maintain efficient waiting times.
The post holder would require a flexible and proactive approach to the role.Ideally, the candidate should possess knowledge of Patient Access Policy, Referral to treatment pathways and PAS functionality is also required.
Main duties of the job Effectively uses the Patient Administration System to record dates for Admission and inform patients' relevant details.To validate waiting lists and work with the Elective Access co-ordinator to ensure that waiting lists are appropriately managed and booked within their expected date to be seenMonitor and action patient pathway targets 18 week RTT, .
