About the role We are seeking to recruit an experienced Administrator to provide proactive support to the Disability, Mental Health and Wellbeing Team, who are the main source of information, advice and support to students and prospective students and those who may be affected by disabilities, learning differences, wellbeing and/or mental health difficulties.You will be part of an administrative team consisting of four individuals and will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the Team, supporting the delivery of outstanding services to students at UCL.
You will work collaboratively within the team, while also demonstrating initiative and self-direction in handling daily tasks.Your application must include a CV and supporting statement and it will be assessed on how well you evidence the essential and desirable criteria in the job description.
About you The ideal candidate will be a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator with experience in day-to-day administrative and operational functions in a busy environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, you bring both technical skills and a collaborative mindset, enabling you to support team operations and foster a positive working environment.
