Job Summary and Key Responsibilities: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Lease Extension Specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for marketing our lease extension services, creating a funnel of opportunities, managing a sales pipeline, and closing deals.
This role requires excellent communication and administrative skills to handle interactions with clients, external parties, and solicitors.
Key Responsibilities: Marketing Services: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote lease extension services to prospects and cross-sell to LRG business functions.
Opportunity Funnel Creation: Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels for lease extension and cross – sell for LRG.
Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversions.
Deal Closure: Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring satisfaction and compliance with company policies.
Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and addressing inquiries.
Administrative Duties: Handle all administrative tasks related to lease extensions, including documentation and record-keeping and sure all record are updated on a timely basis.
External Communication: Coordinate with external parties, including solicitors and other stakeholders, to facilitate smooth transactions.
Skills required: 1+ years proven experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
Strong understanding of lease extension processes and legal requirements.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficient in using Acorn Group software and other sales tools.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
