Job Description: As a School Administrator, your responsibilities will include: Managing the daily operation of the school office, acting as the first point of contact for parents, staff, and visitors Handling calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional and welcoming manner Maintaining accurate records, including student data, attendance, and staff information, using the school's management systems Coordinating schedules, meetings, and events, ensuring effective communication among stakeholders Supporting financial administration, including processing invoices and monitoring budgets Assisting with HR tasks, such as maintaining staff records and supporting recruitment processes Ensuring compliance with safeguarding, data protection, and other regulatory requirements Qualifications: Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally in an educational setting Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in IT systems, including Microsoft Office and school-specific software (e.g., SIMS or similar) Understanding of safeguarding and confidentiality in a school context A proactive and flexible approach to work, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities Benefits: Competitive salary package Supportive and collaborative work environment Opportunities for professional development and training The chance to contribute to the success and well-being of students and staff A fulfilling role in a vibrant school community Join Us: If you are ready to make a difference and play an essential role in the operations of our school, we would love to hear from you.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.

In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
