Hays has been appointed by this client to recruit an Administrator, who will be based within the materials department of this leading manufacturing company.
You will work 40 hours per week, 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
Flexibility is required in relation to working hours to meet the requirements of the client.
Your new role As Administrator, you will work within the materials teams, ensuring all products are available as required in relation to manufacturing requirements.
You will process stock orders on the in-house system, liaise with internal departments and external suppliers via verbal and written forms and complete general administration tasks.
What you'll need to succeed As Administrator, it is important that you are proficient in Microsoft suite, confident communicating with people at all levels via verbal and written forms, have excellent customer service skills, are reliable and work well within a team to meet business requirements.
