Job description Job responsibilities Promoteand facilitatecollaborative working between team, schools and other educational institutionsand families in the delivery of the immunisation programme.Ensurethe necessary requirements for storing and transporting immunisations, andthe procedures for collecting and delivering vaccinations to the site.Assistin identifying home-schooled children and those in Pupil Referral Units.Maintaindatabases to ensure records are kept up to date and documents areprepared for school visits Adhereto the Standard OperatingProcedure for School Immunisation (SOPs)Firstpoint of contact for alladministrative tasks Responsible for maintaining the cold chain, ordering,and arranging transport of vaccinations to site.
