We are recruiting for an Administrative Business Partner, Marketing to work on a hybrid basis in London. This is a 12-month contract starting 20th January 2025.
Key responsibilities of the role: Calendar managementPreparing and tracking expense reportsKey projects or initiatives: Anticipating the needs of the managers and team members and helping them stay focused on their projects by resolving operational and administrative issues before they arise.Top 3 Hard Skills: Complex calendar and travel managementHigh level cross-functional collaborationScheduling meetings for the USA region in a fast-paced environmentSoft Skills: Ability to work quickly with minimal inputManaging high volume and speed on emails and phonesClient DescriptionOur Client is a multinational technology company specializing in Internet-related services and products, including online advertising technologies, search engine, cloud computing, software, and hardware.
