Job summary We have an opportunity for a friendly and enthusiastic administrator to join our Audiology admin team supporting the needs of our service users.The role would be suitable for someone who could work between and hours per week at our office in Avenue House, Eastbourne.
Main duties of the job You will provide clerical support to the audiology service including arranging appointments, receiving, answering and giving appropriate advice to our service users by telephone and email, collecting and preparing mail.
You will be based in our office in Avenue House, Eastbourne, working on site with the wider administrative team.Above all you will have a friendly and welcoming manner, be able to work well in a team and enjoy a busy work environment.You will have good IT skills and ideally you will have experience of working in an administrative role, maybe in the NHS, but full training will be given to the right candidate.
