Administration Manager - Oaklands Holiday Park - Harwich, Essex Contracted Hours: Part Time Job Type: Permanent Department: Office Hours Per Week: Working days Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Sunday Salary/Rate of Pay: £19,785 per annum Park Holidays is looking for a talented, enthusiastic, and passionate admin to join our team.
Responsibilities: Processing paperwork to ensure we are fully compliant with company policy and regulating bodies that we are controlled by.
To assist with the compiling of Health and Safety paperwork, timesheets, purchase orders, personnel files, sales paperwork, and owner files in an orderly manner.
Carry out regular meter readings and other checks, in a timely, accurate and efficient manner.
Happy to be out and about on Park – this role requires the successful applicant to support all departments with their H & S compliance and will necessitate being hands-on.
Requirements: Proven experience in administration assistant or health & safety Previous knowledge of holiday parks would be a distinct advantage.
Some prior experience in cash-handling procedures Good numeracy skills and attention to detail Excellent organisation and communication skills Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills and ability to work well as part of a team.
Flexible schedule and availability to work weekends and holidays.
