As an Admin Team Leader, you will: Oversee the daily operations of a team of Case Managers.
Recruit and build a strong team, ensuring successful onboarding.
Manage workloads and re-allocate tasks to meet business needs.
Use motivational strategies to boost team performance.
Conduct regular one-to-one meetings and annual appraisals.
Act as a coach and mentor to team members.
Liaise with HR and other departments for effective employee management.
Handle escalated calls and resolve client/team queries promptly.
Package and Benefits: The package for the Admin Team Leader includes: Annual salary of £30,000 with a £500 monthly bonus - OTE £36,000.
£3,000 salary increase after 3 years.
£6,000 towards training and qualifications.
30 days of annual leave, including bank holidays.
Working hours: Monday-Thursday 9 am 5 pm, Friday 9 am-4 pm.
Dress-down Fridays.

The ideal Admin Team Leader will have: 2-3 years of experience managing a high-performance contact centre team.
Experience working within a legal team would be a huge advantage but not essential.
Strong people management, coaching, and mentoring skills.
Experience in motivating teams in a busy environment.
Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft applications.
Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
