Job summary Part-time Admin Support based at Willenhall Primary Care Centre, Coventry( hrs per week, (Tues ,Thurs & Friday))Previous Applicants Need Not ApplyCoventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual with a comprehensive understanding and experience of working in a busy office environment to join our Perinatal Mental Health Team.Assist in the provision of an effective administration team and work in conjunction with colleagues, service users and stakeholders to provide an efficient clerical support service.To ensure that a high standard of customer care is provided in all telephone and admin duties using tact, discretion and sensitivity.

Main duties of the job Previous Applicants Need Not ApplyThe post holder will be providing efficient and comprehensive support to the Perinatal Team administration, clinicians and managers which includes inputting of referrals into the service and preparing documents in a timely manner for weekly multi-disciplinary team meetings.Responsibilities will also include electronic patient record management (using Carenotes), scanning, printing, uploading, managing complex/sensitive phone queries, booking/generating clinic appointments/letters and data inputting.

Job description Job responsibilities Skills and ExperienceWe require a well organised individual who is able to empathise with our service users and be able to deal with sensitive enquiries in a confidential manner.
The role requires excellent customer service skills due to the nature of the calls, as well as previous busy office experience.The successful candidate will be educated to GCSE level with an administration NVQ or QCF or equivalent experience.
Essential requirements of this post include a confident telephone manner, good IT skills, high level communication skills, attention to detail and sensitivity due to the nature of the service.
You will need good organisational skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office systems would be an advantage however, training will be provided for in-house systems such as Carenotes, ESR, Tracking etc.You will work on your own initiative and organise your own workload, as well as that of others, meeting deadlines, and responding professionally to enquiries both internally and externally to the organisation.The Successful candidates will require completion of an on-line training modules.For more information on this role please see the attached support information.

GCSE English and Maths) Desirable QCF Customer Service Level 2 Knowledge and Skills Essential Good communication / customer care skills both written and verbal demonstrating sympathy and compassion Ability to manage and prioritise own workload/use own initiative Ability to deal professionally with enquiries from staff, service users and stakeholders Ability to pay attention to detail where there are predictable interruptions to the work pattern Experience Essential Experience of working with a range of Microsoft Office packages (eg.
Word, Excel and Outlook) Experience of working in a busy office / customer care environment
