This will be on a part time basis, working 15 hours a week on Tuesday and Wednesdays.
You will be primarily based in Claphamwith the expectation to cover at London East when required.
A detailed shift pattern and salary information can be found below.You'll work as part of the team in carrying out administration tasks in an efficient and friendly manner ensuring that clients feel accepted, supported, and confident about BPAS services.About You:You will have proven experience of working within an office environment, where you've carried out administration duties.
You will be an excellent communicator both internally and externally and will demonstrate a friendly and positive attitude when interacting with clients, colleagues, and external parties.
Main duties of the job Answer and direct telephone queries, liaising with both internal andexternal colleagues, as necessary.
Accurately check or complete BPAS and legal paperwork, ensuring allrelevant documentation is available for the clients episode of care.
Monitor, edit and amend appointment list, using as appropriate BPAS bookingsystem, informing clients if changes to their appointment become necessary.
Assist in the monitoring, control and ordering of stock, sort anddistribute incoming mail and prepare and despatch statistical information andreports.We are also lookingfor: Experience of dealing face to face with patients who may be upset,within a care environment.
Knowledge of clerical procedures including checking documentation,telephone, and reception duties.
Good attention to detail, supportive towards colleagues and clients andis an effective team player.
