We are thrilled to announce an opening for an Admin Apprentice to join our dynamic administration team.

As an Admin Apprentice at Bitterne Park School, you will gain valuable hands-on experience while supporting our administrative operations.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include: Providing general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and record-keeping.
Assisting with the management of student information and communication.
Supporting the preparation for school events and activities.
Answering phone calls and responding to inquiries from parents, students, and staff.
Maintaining office supplies and equipment, ensuring a tidy and organized workspace.
Contributing to the development of efficient administrative processes.
Learning to use various software tools and systems essential for the role.

Salary £24,000 - £25,328 per annum (Grade 4) (based on 1 FTE) plus exceptional benefits.
Requirements A genuine interest in office administration and eagerness to learn.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Good organizational ability with attention to detail.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is desirable.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Positive attitude and willingness to take on new tasks and challenges.
Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role is a plus but not essential.
