B&M Care, a leading private residential and specialist dementia care provider, is seeking a dedicated Activities Organiser to join our team at St Luke's Care Home inCaversham.

Key Responsibilities of a Activities Organiser: Collaborate with the Engagement Lead to develop engaging and meaningful activity programs.
Foster a whole-team approach to Engagement and Wellbeing, aligning with the B&M activity framework.
Plan and execute activities during your duty hours, ensuring resources and the environment are suitable.
Consult with the Engagement Lead to request any additional resources needed.
Provide support and companionship during activities.
Identify and plan activities based on residents' special interests.
Essential Skills, Characteristics, and Experience for our activities organiser: Hold a full UK Driving Licence.
