Role: Commercial Manager Location: Birmingham office, remote working and travel to BU Locations Hours: Full-Time, 37.5hrs per week, Flexible Hours Salary from: £75,000 + Company car + Benefits We are seeking a commercially and strategically minded individual to help manage pre and post contract negotiations About the role You will be involved in the strategic development, client and partner relations across our seven different business units.
Advising and negotiating if required on commercial contracts, agreements for the Automation Perimeter BUs to mitigate any commercial or contractual risk.
Main Responsibilities Managing, developing, enforcing, and enhancing company policies, standards, and procedures Support BUs in preparation of tendering submissions Supports and negotiates contract terms and progressing contract terms to sign-off Producing reports and analyses for senior stakeholders development and implementation of best practice procurement strategies.
