What you'll do As an Accounts Receivable Associate you will love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests: You will collaborate with the Credit Manager and the Accounts Receivable team to oversee, manage, and coordinate billing control activities for The Dorchester and 45 Park Lane, while also providing support for Coworth Park to help achieve business targets You will reconcile a set of accounts on the hotels' debtors ledger and maintain a comprehensive history of all debtors to ensure audit assurance.
Additionally, you will handle daily guest inquiries according to departmental standards, facilitate timely collection of debts from company debtors, and verify credit records for accuracy, reaching out to customers to follow up on overdue invoices.
