With their project well underway in Hawarden, North Wales, we are on the hunt on their behalf, for a motivated Invoicing Specialist to play a key role the departments makeup.
ROLE This is a fantastic opportunity for someone AAT part-qualified, whos ready to make an impact from day one.
As an Invoicing Specialist , youll collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to produce customer invoices and credit notes in SAP.
Youll also support the finance team with credit control and cash transaction tasks.
Prepare and Manage Invoices & Credit Notes : Collaborate closely with the sales and customer service teams to accurately generate customer invoices and credit notes using SAP, ensuring everything is processed smoothly and on time.
Support Credit Control & Cash Management : Assist the treasury department with essential credit control duties, including monitoring and managing daily cash transactions in SAP to maintain financial accuracy and efficiency.
Facilitate New Customer Setups : Oversee the verification and setup of new customer accounts, ensuring all necessary details are complete and correct to support seamless business operations.
Contribute to Financial Administration : Take on various ad hoc tasks as required by the Accounting Manager or wider finance team, providing support and adding value where its needed most.
YOU Our client needs a confident and driven Invoicing Specialist who can build strong relationships and take ownership of tasks independently.
Attention to detail and a good grasp of VAT rules are crucial, and experience with SAP and Microsoft packages is a huge plus.
AAT part-qualified and a slick thinker who can add value to process new and old.
