We are offering a competitive inclusive salary of £27,000 - £28,000 per annum.

Job Profile: As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be responsible for assisting in assuring the completeness, accuracy and validity of transactions for goods and services processed and paid for through Purchase Ledger.
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday.
Job Location: 1 Park Square West, London, NW1 4LJ.
Salary: £27,000 - £28,000 per annum.

Key Duties: To assist in controlling movement of all invoices in circulation.
To assist in carrying out timely payment runs to meet deadlines agreed with the Accounts Payable Manager.
To assist in monitoring all accounting procedures and control working closely with local management and administration staff.
To assist in the monthly reconciliation of main supplier statements.
To ensure all documents are stored in the SharePoint system and all filling is undertaken in an efficient and timely manner for storage, retrieval and archive purposes.
Skills & Experience: To have previous experience with a computerised accounting system.
To have previous administration experience within an accounting environment; previous healthcare experience desirable.
To have a basic understanding of how and AP department works.
To be computer literate and numerically strong, with a neat and methodical approach to clerical tasks.
To be self-motivated and able to work on own initiative with minimal supervision.
