ACCOUNTS PAYABLE ASSISTANT - OVERVIEW An exciting opportunity has become available with this innovative and growing lifestyle business in a hands-on Accounts Payable Assistant role.
The position is based in our Central London Head Office looking after all of the day-to-day transactional accounting entries for the various head office entities.

NUTS AND BOLTS OF THE JOB   Posting of all supplier invoices across all Generator head office entities Reconciling supplier statements on a regular basis Posting of banking transactions and account reconciliation Ensure strict adherence to all finance policies for purchasing and employee expenses in accordance with the approval matrix Administrate employee expense and corporate credit card systems Posting of employee expenses into the finance system accurately as per the policy Posting of credit card transaction into the finance systems Running the payment run report for review and approval Update monthly foreign exchange rates on system Intercompany reconciliations Generate monthly Intercompany charges and management fee invoices and maintain internal tracker Posting of journals Perform ad-hoc tasks requested by management Naturally this is not intended as an exhaustive list of duties.
