Accounts Assistant

Pertemps are looking for a part time Accounts Assistant on a temporary basis for a minimum of 6 weeks.
The main duties are to provide essential support to the finance team.
This role supports and assists with reconciliations, invoicing, and general ledger management.
Our client is flexible with working hours to suit but is based on 20-25 hours per week.
£13.50 per hour.
Main Duties: Data Entry & Bookkeeping Accurately enter financial transactions into the accounting system.
Maintain and update accounting records and files.
Verify accuracy of invoices, receipts, and other accounting documents.
Process invoices, purchase orders.
Skills and Experience Experience: 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role is preferred.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, Excel.
Strong ability to handle large volumes of data accurately.
Competence in basic mathematical calculations and understanding of accounting concepts.
Ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and meet deadlines.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
