Accounts Assistant (Contract)

We are hiring an immediately available and experienced AP/AR Assistant to join our Finance team on a temporary basis!
Requirements Key responsibilities Working with our outsourced providers throughout the purchase processes First point of contact on purchase queries Reconciling supplier statements in order to identify missing invoices or overdue payments.
Creating supplier payment runs - preparing weekly payment runs for review and sign off.
Adding new suppliers on D365 - creating supplier accounts on D365 for new suppliers Ensuring supplier payments are made on time Customer billing and onboarding Support Credit checks for new customers Maintenance of Sales Ledger and D365 Run debtors reports at end of month and add relevant commentary from statements and follow-up letter responses Raising Credit Notes as required First line Support internally (billing requests etc) and to customers (copy invoices, statements, etc) Reconciliation of customer accounts & payments Our Values Our values are what set us apart from the rest.
