Account Manager - Oxford (Hybrid) We have partnered with a people-based business that has an excellent track record in delivering bespoke strategic medical communication programmes.

As an Account Manager you will play the pivotal role in leading the project team, to oversee the delivery of strong client communications, ensuring a clear brief is received from the client and effectively communicated to the internal team.
The account manager will demonstrate their expertise to deliver the projects within the scope and budget, whilst overseeing and supporting the account execs, Junior account managers and account managers.
The AM will should be able to proactively forecast projects and pre-empt any pain points with clients, offering consultative solutions to overcome them in a timely manner, as well as ensuring both client and team project meetings are schedule and conducted, with project status reports, client agendas and meetings notes completed.
It is important that the AM uses their hands on experience to accurately develop budges, formulate invoices, develop new business proposals and head up pitches and presentation to discuss findings.

They are looking for a hardworking, flexible and adaptable team player to collaborate with various members of the business to build and nurture relationships with clients, ensure smooth communication between inhouse and external clients as well as efficiently manage competing projects.
The Account Manager will use their strong communication skills and industry knowledge to navigate the ongoing success and strong client relationships as well as acting as a point of management to the account executives including reviewing reports, budgets and invoices are delivered in a timely manner.
What you will ideally have?
A bachelor's degree (BSc) or bring extensive project management experience At least 3 years' experience within a medical communications agency Excellent written and spoken communication skills Excellent time management skills Competent in MS Office including Excel, PowerPoint and Word What's next?
