Job summary Sonderwell Staffing Solutions are looking for a dynamic and motivated Account Manager to join their growing team.
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing excellent customer service.
You will also be responsible for consistently interviewing and recruiting new Support Workers to ensure all client needs are met.

You will be responsible for always providing excellent customer service to your clients and building a fantastic rapport with our Support Workers.
We are looking for an outgoing people person who is able to join our dynamic team.
Your responsibilities may include: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing excellent customer service.
Consistently interview and recruit new Support Workers to ensure all needs of clients are met.
Build a good rapport with our Support Workers to ensure they always feel supported and valued in their role.
Develop new relationships with prospect clients to ensure a growth in your client base.

What We're Looking For: Proven experience in account management and business development, preferably within the recruitment or staffing industry.
Effective communication and people skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates alike.
A proactive approach with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
A team player with a positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
