Required skills * 2 years minimum experience working specifically in a web or branding agency as an account or client services manager.
* A solid grasp of project management software to enable you to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Proven and demonstrable skills in Business Development with both existing and new clients.
* Impeccable time management skills.
* Great communication skills.
* A positive attitude.
* Ability to maintain composure, even in difficult situations.
* Efficiency.
* Meticulous attention to detail.
* Excellent spelling, punctuation, numeracy & grammar.
* Mac literacy.
* A knowledge of the WordPress platform.
* An interest in design, visual culture & the arts.
