Project / Account Manager Trevett Services have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project / Account Manager tojoin aleading FM & building services provider in Bognor Regis.
You will play a vital part in overseeing projects from the design phase through to handover.
This is a full time 12 Month FTC, payingup too £65,000 per annum in addition to a car allowance.

Maintain customer relations including progress meeting, site visits, and obtaining referrals Managing & having accountability for the P&L and maintaining agreed profit margins To deliver projects to completion on time and on budget and to the satisfaction of all parties.
To identify, reduce and manage all risks (technical, statutory, health and safety, commercial or otherwise) associated with each and every project.
To build strong relationships with sub-contractors, in particular preferred suppliers, to ensure cost effective solutions.
Development of project financial plans for revenue and profit delivery.
Ensure that opportunities for the strategic development of the contract are exploited, to deliver increased turnover and profitability.
Deliver projects with full accountability Essential experience the Project / Account Manager would need: Strong client facing and customer services skills with the ability to cope with demanding and varied customer requirements Need to have a track record of successful management and delivery of projects as well as experience of successful partnership.
