Location We operate a hybrid working model where employees are office-based for two days a week (Tuesday and Thursday) in our office in Soho, London. Employees are welcome to use the office 5 days a week or to use one of our sister office spaces across London on days where attendance isn't required.
Where does this role fit within the overall business? As an experienced Account Director, you will be overseeing and running some of the agency's key clients. You will need to possess an excellent track record in experiential/events while demonstrating an overall level of performance that ensures client and campaign success.
What are the core responsibilities? Client Services;Build strong relationships with the agency's clientsOversee and manage client campaigns from strategy/pitch to implementation.Continuously liaising with clients/stakeholders to deliver excellent workBusiness DevelopmentIdentify an ongoing new business pipeline for the brand experience teamOutreach to targets on the new business pipelinePrepare and present proposal documents to new business targetsTeam Management;Manage team members across various departments – Creative, Production, and ActivationManage the Account Team to ensure the successful delivery of campaigns, time management, and deliverablesRegular check-ins with senior members of the teamWork closely with the Production team on all aspects of campaign delivery in both pre-production and live executionFinance;Prepare and manage campaign budgets, ongoing reconciliations with clients/suppliers/stakeholdersPlan annual client finances and develop agency planning financesDoes this role contribute to other areas of the business? Current client new business is a consideration in terms of looking at new ways we can work with existing clients to develop out a revenue stream and service offering.
Candidate Profile 7+ years marketing/agency experienceGood financial acumenExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsVery strong attention to detailIn-depth knowledge of experiential marketing campaigns/activitiesCommensurate with experience.
