Job Overview Everest Group, a leading research firm, is looking for a remote account-based marketing director to play a pivotal role in driving our ABM strategy, scaling engagement with our priority accounts and driving commercially focused demand generations campaigns and tactics globally.
This individual will be a key member of the marketing leadership team focused on driving strategic initiatives, developing innovative ABM approaches, and fostering a team to activate growth-oriented campaigns.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of ABM principles with a passion for creating end-to-end customer journeys, ABM plans and strategy as well as collaborating cross functionally across the firm, with a close partnership with Sales and Analysts.
Additionally, the candidate must be a detail-orientated collaborator who enjoys creating high-impact engagements for clients and prospects and enjoy creating supporting architecture (people, process, teams) to enable a scalable strategy.

Stay abreast of the changing growth, digital and ABM marketing landscape with an ability to articulate measurable goals and strategy in collaboration with stakeholders across the organization Experience managing a globally remote team and fostering team member's growth Key Responsibilities Serve as the go-to-expert for ABM campaigns and supporting infrastructure Act as a thought leader for how to conduct best-in-class account-based marketing campaigns and develop stakeholder-based engagement programs Foster team growth to meet year on year growth and revenue targets and build a scalable, high-performance team focused on driving engagement and new revenue opportunities Work with internal stakeholders on how best to conduct campaigns to niche audiences Architect data infrastructure to support scalable ABM activities Leverage existing technology platforms (6sense, SFDC, Marketo, User Gems, etc.)
to drive efficiencies and scalable campaigns Coordinate the execution of marketing campaigns that raise brand awareness, generate leads, and nurture customers Lead and manage ABM campaigns from inception to completion, with an eye for innovation and creativity Define project objectives, develop schedules, and communicate between marketing team and cross-functional teams Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders to process and prioritize marketing campaign requests Integrate with cross-functional teams, ensure alignment and foster collaboration on firm objectives Measure campaign effectiveness, launch iterative improvements and foster ongoing collaboration with internal stakeholders Essential skills Extensive experience in ABM strategy, client engagement campaigns and programs and campaign activation in complex professional services organizations Experience with technology platforms such as 6sense, Salesforce, Marketo, User Gems, etc.
(CRM, Marketing Automation, Intent Insights) Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills Ability to create short and long project plans and execute Experience working in a globally remote team Excellent project management skills and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Highly organized and self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks Able to work accurately and meet strict deadlines.
