2nd line Support / Helpdesk Engineer - Slough - £35k Software Support / Training & Supporting Users / Cloud software & Systems / Software Support & Setup configuration for new users This successful and growing software company are looking for a Technical Support engineer to join their team to help provide enterprise level assistance to their customers.
You will be taking incoming support calls, analysing and troubleshooting issues, installing and customising applications and working closely with the development team.
