They are now looking for an experienced 2nd Line Support Technician to join their team based in Ipswich.
The successful candidate must have a full UK driving license as you will need to complete regular site visits for customers.

Position Overview Troubleshoot and respond to 2nd line IT Support escalations via the ZendeskWork with the Technical Director, Service Manager and 1st & 3rd Line TeamsImplement solutions to improve the IT estate of our clientsImplement solutions for internal projects to help us deliver super serviceContinuously improve knowledge and understanding across the various software & hardware technologies supported by the team.
Travel to customer sites when required.
Configure and resolve issues with O365, Windows computers, Servers and MACs.Network troubleshooting Position Requirements Prior experience with a 2nd Line Technical positionFull UK driving licenseIT related A level, NVQ, Btec or Degree – Beneficial Microsoft Certification – Beneficial Ability to problem solve within a technical environmentStrong communication and customer service skills Position Remuneration Monday to FridaySalary £24,000 – £27,000 DOE25 days holiday including bank holidayPension SchemeParkingCareer progression
