2 X Cooks

2 Cooks required for an immediate start working in Craigavon Area Hospital.
One position is for 37.5 hours per week and the other is for 30 hours per week.
Both posts are temporary initially for 3 months with the possibility of extension.
The working hours are on a rota basis and will include weekend work.
The successful candidates will work 7.5 hours per shift and shift times will be between 7am-7pm; some examples include 7am-3pm, 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm, 11am-7pm.
The pay rate is £11.67 per hour Monday to Friday, £15.75 per hour on Saturday and £19.72 per hour on Sunday.
The post holder will lead a team within the kitchen to prepare, produce and present food to patients, clients, staff and visitors.
The main duties will include cooking and serving food, understanding and adhering to HACCP and food safety legislation, maintaining knowledge and catering to any dietary requirements, stock management, contributing to menu creation and ensuring personal and food hygiene standards are maintained.
