1 to 1 Behaviour Support Role Job Overview: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to fill the role of 1-to-1 Behaviour Support.
The successful candidate will work closely with a specific student to provide tailored behavioural support, ensuring they have the opportunity to succeed both academically and socially.
Key Responsibilities: Provide 1-to-1 support for a student with behavioural needs, implementing individualised behaviour management plans.
Assist the student in developing positive behaviours and coping strategies.
Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to monitor and report on the student's progress.
Help create a supportive and structured environment that promotes positive behaviour.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with the student, their family, and other staff members.
Support the student in their academic activities, ensuring they remain engaged and motivated.
Facilitate the student's inclusion in classroom activities and school life.
Participate in meetings and training sessions as required.
