A school in Manchester is looking for a full-time 1:1 support for a student in KS4.
The school supports students in KS3 and KS4 with ASD or Autism traits, and has funding for a new staff member to give additional support to a student in class and possibly during breaks and lunch.
Over your time at the school, you will form a good rapport with the student and individualise your support to ensure the student is progressing at a good rate. For this role you should - Have previous experience in a school support role - Have previous experience working with SEN students - Have at least a C/Grade 4 in GCSE Maths and English - Be available full time This role is a full-time temporary role that has the possibility of a permanent role being offered for the right candidate.
You will be required to go into the school for an informal interview and then will work within the role for a few weeks before being confirmed on a long term basis.
