Position Overview As a Corporate Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the firm's M&A practice, working on a range of public and private transactions across Europe, the Middle East and Asia.

Responsibilities Assist in the execution of M&A transactions, including due diligence, drafting and negotiation Conduct legal research and analysis to support deal structuring and documentation Liaise with clients, counterparties and other advisors to ensure smooth transaction processes Contribute to business development efforts, including building client relationships and identifying new opportunities Mentor and train junior team members, fostering a supportive and collaborative team culture Requirements UK qualified lawyer with 0-2 years PQE Strong academic background and training contract experience from a reputable UK or US law firm Experience in M&A transactions and/or venture capital financings, particularly in technology or life sciences sectors Solid understanding of UK company law and experience in at least one corporate seat during training Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, transactional environment and manage complex projects Excellent communication, interpersonal and client relationship skills
